Service Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals or businesses who provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery. Deepanshu Pro Facility reserves the right to refuse service in cases where unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.

Booking and Payment Customers must confirm bookings at least 24 hours in advance to secure availability. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, online transfer, and other modes as specified at the time of booking.

Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee.

Service Delivery Customers must ensure access to the property and the availability of utilities (water, electricity, etc.) required to perform the services. Services will be carried out as per the agreed scope, and any additional requirements may be subject to additional charges.

Liability Deepanshu Pro Facility is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty installations, or unsafe environments at the service location. Customers are advised to report any damages or issues within 24 hours of service completion to enable resolution.

Refunds Refunds are only issued in cases where the service does not meet quality standards, and the issue is reported within 7 days of service completion. Refunds are subject to evaluation of the complaint and are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Pest Control Guarantee Pest control services may include specific guarantees or follow-up treatments, depending on the type of infestation and service package. The customer must follow post-service instructions to ensure effective results.

Code of Conduct Deepanshu Pro Facility’s team maintains professionalism and courtesy at all times. Customers are expected to extend the same courtesy. Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards staff may result in service termination without refund.

Changes to Terms & Conditions Deepanshu Pro Facility reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for changes.

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
