If the service was not completed due to reasons attributable to Deepanshu Pro Facility.
If there were damages or negligence caused directly by our team during the service.

Refund Request Process

Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of complaint resolution.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Cases

If dissatisfaction arises due to factors outside of our control, such as inaccessible areas or pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.
If the complaint is submitted after the 7-day window.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
